Mindfulness

Every Monday lunchtime, children from KS1 come together to learn the art of mindfulness.   Mindfulness Club is a chance for the children to get together in the middle of the school day to relax, chill out and take some time to be reflective of their day so far. We enjoy throwing away any negatives and celebrating the positives. We partake in relaxing yoga and learn new strategies to help us if we are feeling anxious or stressed. To finish off the sessions we enjoy completing mindfulness colouring whilst listening to relaxing music. If this sounds like your cup of tea, come and join us!
