As part of their homework, children will need access to a range of online learning platforms. The easiest way for your child to access these is through MyLogin, which provides secure access to their WONDE dashboard.
From the dashboard, children can easily open the different websites we use in school and for home learning. To log in, children will use either their Magic Badge or emoji password, which will be stuck into their reading record.
MyLogin is designed for children in Years 1 and 2, helping them get online quickly and safely. Your child can use it to access:
Google Classroom – for class learning activities
Edshed – for spelling practice
Purple Mash – for cross-curricular learning

Remote Education Provision in the Event of School Closure
Remote education will only be provided as a last resort, when attendance at school is not possible but children are able to continue learning. This may occur in exceptional circumstances, such as school closures due to severe weather, water outages, or guidance from local or central government.
For Years 1 and 2, lessons and activities will be provided through Google Classroom via your child’s Homework Classroom. Teachers may also signpost lessons from Oak National Academy or adapt classroom activities for home. Work will generally be available from 9am, depending on the timing of the school closure.
Children also have access to additional online platforms, including Times Tables Rockstar, SpellShed, and Purple Mash.
For Reception and Nursery, parents will receive an email with suggested activities, resources, and guidance for supporting learning at home.
