(Week 2 ONLY) Treehouse will be opening up for Easter Playscheme 2026

Tuesday 7th April, Wednesday 8th April and Thursday 9th April.

Bookings will open on Friday 6th February 2026

The charges for this year per session are:

9:30am - 3:30pm: £28.90

8:00am - 12:15pm: £21.00

12:45pm - 5:15pm: £24.20

8:00am - 5:15pm: £42.00

Please note, Playscheme is only open to children from Park Hall Infant Academy and Park Hall Junior Academy, Reception to Year 6. (limited numbers)

Please note, there will be no February Half Term Playscheme

Breakfast Club - 7.45am until start of school day 

Between 8am – 8.30am there will be light refreshments such as toast, water/squash etc. available for children.

Session cost from 7:45am until start of school day is £5.80 per session.

 

After School Club - end of school day until 5.15pm 

Between 3:30pm - 4pm there will be light refreshments available such as water/squash, toast/crumpet and biscuits etc.

Session cost from end of school day until 5:15pm is £9.00 per session.

 

Please note any late pick ups after 5:15pm will cost £10 per 15 minutes.

Frequently asked questions

How to book and pay for Before and After School Club

Parents/Carers who pay via a Voucher Scheme

You can book sessions yourself, only if you have sufficient funds already on your child's Scopay Account. If you do not, Scopay will not allow you to book any sessions.

Please ensure that you have cleared all outstanding arrears from previous bookings as we will not be able to accept your bookings until this has been cleared.

Parents/Carers of new children starting Treehouse

If your child is not registered for Before and After School Club, please download all the information attached, please note that there is a £5.00 registration fee for all new members.

We ask all parents/carers to book for the whole of the half-term to help us ensure that we have the correct staff:child ratio. We may not be able to accommodate last minute bookings.  Please note any emergency bookings for the same day can be booked up to 1:45pm providing there is availability.
