Theme: Find Your Brave
For Children's Mental Health Week we have been talking about the importance of being brave and reaching out to somebody when we have negative feelings.
We have learnt many different ways to keep a healthy mind and have taken part in lots of fun activities based on the 5 ways to well-being.
Mindfulness Monday – Take Notice (enjoy the world around you)
Timeout Tuesday – Keep Learning (try something new)
Well-being Wednesday – Be Active (walking, running, dance etc)
Thinking Thursday – Give (helping others)
Feel Good Friday – Connect (recognising support network)
